The Anglia Ruskin Clinical Trials Unit (ARCTU) is a research cooperative between our Postgraduate Medical Institute (PMI) and eight NHS partner organisations across Essex, Hertfordshire and Cambridgeshire – opening the door to over three million patients and more than 10 million people through our partner tertiary services.

Its offering to industry and investigator-led research is unique, providing the entire package needed to run a successful, streamlined clinical trial and gain feedback on, and early adoption of, products.

The team works with a number of industry and pharmaceutical partners, including Quintiles, the world’s largest Contract Research Organisation (CRO).
